30!

Today I turn 30 and I don't feel much different than I did a year ago. Its amazing how fast the time goes by. I can't believe that I am 30 already. It also happens to be my mom's birthday today as well. That's kinda cool that we share the same birthday. What a present that was for her :) So I've been bored and decided to do some searching and see what might have happened on this day or who else was born. Here's today's history lesson. Enjoy!

So all in all, some pretty interesting things have happened. I'm just hoping to make it through the day and go out to eat with the Mrs. tonight.

On a side note, we've started looking for a home. I'm not sure yet whether it is going to be a townhome or a real house, but I'm sure it will all work out either way. We've spent the past few weekends driving all over the place and just grabbing info from every home that's for sale we could find. I just called a realtor this morning who's in the process of getting us all lined up. I've also got a call into a loan officer so that we can get pre-approved and determine how much we'll actually get to spend on a home. And so begins the process of growing up :)
